Butchering and Curing Workshop

Join Nash Farm for this exciting 2-day workshop! Here, you will learn all about food preservation and what it was like for settlers of late 19th century Texas. Plus, this is a useful skill that can still be used today. You will learn the basics of butchering and curing hogs, and you will see how the smokehouse was used in preserving pork.
